Your consultation begins with a detailed skin and health questionnaire, followed by a personalized skin assessment. Together, we’ll discuss your concerns, skincare goals, and current routine, then recommend professional treatments and a home care regimen tailored to your skin’s needs.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and unexpected things come up, so we gladly accept cancellations and rescheduling. We recognize the time of our clients is valuable, just like our staff's time, and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. -No fees will be incurred if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. -Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. -A “No-show” of an appointment : 50% of your service total will be charged. We appreciate your understanding!
